dipo4d Privacy Policy
This page describes what we collect when you use dipo4d and how we keep that data protected. We operate an online entertainment platform offering live-dealer tables, sportsbook betting, and slot games to users in jurisdictions where local law permits. To provide these services, we collect certain personal information—your email, identity documents, payment details, and account activity records.
We do not sell your data to advertisers or share it beyond what is necessary for payment processing and legal compliance. Our servers may sit outside your jurisdiction (Indonesia), but we encrypt your information in transit and at rest. We apply the same data-protection standard regardless of where you access dipo4d—whether from Jakarta, Bandung, Medan, Surabaya, or Semarang.
We invite you to read this policy in full. If you have questions about how we handle your data, our support team is available to respond.
Data we collect on dipo4d
We collect information in three categories. First, account setup data: your email address, phone number, username, password, and date of birth. Second, identity verification data: a copy of your KTP, passport, or driver's licence, plus proof of address such as a utility bill. Third, activity data: every bet you place, every game you play, deposits and withdrawals, your IP address, and device information (phone model, browser type, operating system).
We collect payment information indirectly. When you deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank transfer (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet), you enter credentials into the payment provider's system, not into dipo4d. We receive only confirmation that a deposit succeeded and the amount transferred. We do not store your wallet password, bank account number, or full card details—only a reference token that allows us to process future transactions with that same method.
We do not collect cookies for tracking
Our dipo4d platform uses session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or pixels to follow your browsing outside our site.
How we use your data
We use your email and phone number to send account notifications—login alerts, withdrawal confirmations, and support responses. We use your identity documents to verify that you are who you claim to be, reducing fraud and money-laundering risk. We keep your payment information to process deposits and withdrawals reliably.
We use your activity data (bets placed, games played, IP addresses) to detect unusual patterns that suggest account compromise, collusion, or fraudulent behaviour. If we spot suspicious activity—for instance, multiple login attempts from different countries within minutes—we may temporarily lock your account and contact you for verification.
We do not use your data to profile you, target you with advertisements, or sell insights to third parties. We do not build psychological profiles or use machine learning to predict your spending patterns.
- Email and SMS
- We send transactional messages only—account alerts, withdrawal status, support replies. No marketing messages unless you opt in.
- Identity verification
- Your KTP or passport is used only to confirm your identity. We store it encrypted and retain it only as long as your account is active.
- Activity logs
- Every bet, every withdrawal, every login is logged for audit purposes and dispute resolution. You can request a full export of your activity anytime.
- Payment tokens
- We store a tokenized reference to your payment method so you can withdraw to the same account without re-entering details each time.
Who has access to your data
Our dipo4d team members who handle account support, fraud review, and technical infrastructure have access to your data on a need-to-know basis. All staff sign confidentiality agreements. We do not grant access to marketing teams, external consultants, or third-party vendors except where necessary for operations.
We share your data with payment processors (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and our banking partners) only to the extent needed to complete a transaction. These partners have their own privacy policies; we are not responsible for how they handle data once it passes to them.
We may share data with law enforcement or regulators if required by law or court order. We will disclose the minimum information necessary and will notify you when legally permitted to do so.
Data retention and deletion
We retain your account data for as long as your dipo4d account is active plus seven years afterward, to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations and to resolve disputes. Activity logs (bets, logins, withdrawals) are retained for seven years minimum. Your identity documents are retained for the active account period plus three years.
If you request account deletion, we anonymize your personal data within thirty days but retain activity logs in anonymized form. We cannot fully delete historical transaction records as they are required for regulatory compliance.
Your rights on dipo4d
You have the right to request access to all data we hold about you. You may request correction of inaccurate information. You may request deletion of non-essential data (though compliance data must be retained per regulation). You can opt out of non-transactional email at any time by updating your account settings.
To exercise these rights, contact our support team. We will respond within thirty days. We do not charge a fee for data access requests unless your request is excessive or clearly unfounded, in which case we may charge a reasonable administrative cost.
Security measures we take
We encrypt all data in transit using TLS (the same technology that protects banking websites). We encrypt sensitive data at rest using AES-256 encryption. We do not store passwords in plain text—only salted, hashed versions. Two-factor authentication is optional but recommended for your account security.
Our servers are hosted on secure infrastructure with firewall protection, intrusion detection, and regular security audits. We do not guarantee absolute security—no system is perfect—but we apply industry-standard practices.
If we discover a data breach affecting your account, we will notify you by email and support ticket within forty-eight hours of confirmation. We will describe what data was compromised and recommend steps you can take to protect your account.
Policy updates
We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes in our practices or to comply with new regulations. We will notify you by email if material changes occur. Your continued use of dipo4d after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
